***The basic rent comes with 8 bedrooms (6 main house, 2 carriage house) or as of this year, you can rent the house as up a ten bedroom. Two extra carriage house bedrooms with private baths are available by increasing the rental by $60/day each (or by $350 each for a full week)

 

 

***Holidays and weekends (graduation weekends and alumni events) will be a higher rate (ask).

 

 

******Events will require a one time event fee of $600 (an event is a wedding or party that either requires  event tent/s set up in the yard or will involve people in addition to those staying at the house attending. proper amounts of port-a-jons are required (and must be used!) for events involving over 25 guests total (including those staying in the house)  Please ask if you plan an event, as they need to be approved first. Events also incur an addtional $1000 security deposit

 

****If you would like to clean up after yourself, there will be no cleaning fee if you leave the house in a broom swept condition (we will still do the thorough cleaning and change the linens), if not, there will be a $150 cleaning fee. For excess messes, there could be an additional charge.

 

****You may bring a dog with permission and the one time pet  fee is $140

 

 

We require 1/2 of the total, rent plus security deposit, to reserve the house (by Check), the other 1/2 is due 30 days prior to arrival. Let us know if you need any sort of adjustment to this schedule.

regular check in time is after 4:30 pm and check out is by 10am on the last day. PLEASE DO NOT BE EVEN A LITTLE EARLY!!! It is a large house and because we provide linens, it takes the full time, with a crew, from 10am to 4:30pm to turn over the house. Early arrivals will be asked to come back at check in time as it is very distracting to the cleaners to have people there while they are working. They will arrive at 10am on check out day to begin the turnover/cleaning.

Cancellation policy; As our season tends to book up almost one year in advanced, we have a six month cancellation policy for a refund less a $100 rebooking fee. If less than 6 months, you will receive a refund less the booking fee if we are able to re-rent the dates (which we ofen are able to)
